During discussions with both of these ministries “Dwight came up with the idea of building one out of concrete.”  They said “No, we don't think you can.”  That's all the incentive it took. 

Dwight rose to the challenge and created a unique and beautiful product that has become much sought after by government ministries and municipalities both locally and internationally.
